2. Assembly Process

This is the process to have the weight and hologram into the plastic body so that the bait will have correct swim action when casting into the sea.

3. Scraping Process

It refers to the process of scrape off the extra plastic little parts after sonic welding. After that, the two plastic parts will look like combined with each other closely and naturally. We will also have the pressure test and water leakage test to make sure our bait is perfect.

4. Painting Process

Which is the process of painting desired colors and patterns on the bait surface with special oxidized pigment after plating or hot stamping. In order to make sure pigment will attached to the body firmly, the coating oil will be covered by each bait after the painting tested and being qualified.

5. Arrange Package Process

This is the final working process and also the most complicated one, as it not only need to get hooks and rings on but also figure out the right barcode for each color and each item. Cover with correct clam and customized logo card is the final step.

6. Quality Control

Quality control: We have professional quality control personnel. From the storage of raw materials, the production of injection-molded plastic parts, trimming and assembly, painting and electroplating, to final assembly and packaging, they are strictly controlled according to customer requirements. Make sure that every fish is in perfect condition before selling.

7. Warehouse

Warehouse:We have a separated warehouse on a single floor. The items in store are well-placed on the shelves by our specialized warehouse clerks. Classified management also used to sort the store item into raw material, installation kit, blank body, finished product, which convenient for production, management and selling.
